More specifically, it contains Dog rose, Rock Rose, Lemon verbena, Lemon balm, Peppermint, Greek mountain tea – Sideritis.

Everyone’s favorite mountain tea-sideritis is the ideal suggestion for hot summer days. Some of the reasons are its aroma, fresh taste and its rich, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant ingredients.

On the other hand, lemon balm stimulates the body and simultaneously acts against hypertension, anorexia and insomnia.
