Returns policy

The goods are always delivered in the packaging of LELEGES.

In case of delivery of unpackaged goods, the buyer MUST REFUSE the receipt.

Returns accepted within (5) five days from receipt, provided that the packaging has not been disturbed (as exactly delivered) and within (2) two days REFUND.

In case there is a pending issue in your order then a corresponding e-mail will be sent to you. Alternatively we will contact you on the phones you have given us when registering or registering the order on our site.

There is no way to deactivate these updates, the sending of which is a prerequisite for the proper progress of your order. We invite you to ensure that these e-mails can reach you and keep them throughout the duration of our transaction. It is your obligation, in case you do not receive the relevant e-mails, in accordance with the general terms governing our transactions, to inform us without delay.

Product returns with store charge

You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement:

a. in all cases in which other products or substantially different from the ones you ordered were delivered to you through the proven fault of LELEGES

b. in all cases where there has been a defect in the product or it lacks its agreed quality and under the
provided the defect or missing property is not significant.

Returns of products charged by the customer

You have the right to return the products you bought in cases where for any reason other than the above, you changed your mind and no longer wish to purchase the product.

The return of the products can be done by the customer himself, charged with their shipping costs, after consultation with the staff of the Online Store. In this case the product should be in excellent condition along with all the original documents that accompanied the product and its complete packaging.

In case of return of the products, and provided that the products have been previously received and checked by the store, the refund to the customer will be made in case of payment by credit card, with cancellation of the credit card charge and in case of payment with cash, if the customer had chosen the option “collection from the store”, it will be done by returning his money to him from the store.

In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right not to accept the return of the product.

In addition, for all cases the product to be replaced – repair must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product (agrees the IMEI) and be in excellent condition , together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Ap. Retail, etc.).

Prior to any return, it is recommended to consult with the LELEGES Online store.

In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

1. contact the Online Store the same day or the next working day.

2. in case of change of the product within 5 days with another or other up to the amount of the price or with additional price or withdrawal, the product must not have been used.

3. the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (eg DAT, Retail Rep. Etc.)

Order cancellation

The order can be canceled in the following cases:

– Before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process you can “back” to your browser and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the “remove” button.

– If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call 210 5904753 and one of our partners will cancel your order.

– Upon receipt of the product, call us or contact us via the email form on the website, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order.

– One of our partners will serve you immediately and will inform you about all your options. In case your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it, then contact the Customer Service Department at 210 5904753 and provide the details of your order.
